Easy-Haul Inc. operates the Easy-Haul Customer App. This policy explains what information the app collects, how we use and protect it, and how you can contact us about your information.
Customer Accounts
The Easy-Haul Customer App is available only to existing Easy-Haul customers. Customer accounts are established directly with Easy-Haul Inc. outside the app. Customers cannot create or delete accounts through the app. For assistance with an existing account, contact support@easy-haul.com or call 251-929-2133.
Information We Collect
Customers enter only job site address information through the app when establishing or requesting services from Easy-Haul Inc. This information identifies where our services are needed.
Job site addresses may identify a business location, residence, or other service location. We treat this information as customer information, including when it can be associated with an individual.
How We Use Information
We use job site address information to:
- Establish and maintain service locations.
- Schedule and fulfill customer service requests.
- Coordinate deliveries, replacements, pickups, and servicing.
- Maintain records of the services we provide.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share information collected through the app with third parties. We use it solely to provide and manage Easy-Haul services.
Data Security
We transmit information between the app and our systems using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to stored customer information is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to provide services and maintain our systems.
Data Retention
We retain job site address information while it is needed to provide services and maintain related business records. We may retain information after services end when necessary for accounting, resolving disputes, or meeting legal recordkeeping obligations.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or remove its association with the customer.
Requests to Review, Correct, or Delete Information
You may request to review, correct, or delete your job site information by emailing support@easy-haul.com or calling 251-929-2133.
Please identify the relevant job site and describe your request. We may need to verify that you are authorized to request changes to the information.
We will delete information that is no longer needed to provide services or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. If we must retain information, we will explain the reason when responding to your request.

We may update this privacy policy as our app or business practices change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
